- Correct. You would also on your new test check the box that says
- "Do you have any other application on file which has not been acted
- upon?" and provide the information there about that (including a copy
- of the CSCE). As I understand it, the FCC would wait to process your
- new application until the older one is processed.

- Well, almost correct. The VEC has to hold the paperwork until they
- receive a photocopy of the person's license. Explain the situation to
- the administering VE's, but it's likely they'll tell you to answer
- "No" to that question. After all, by the time the FCC sees it, that
- will be the correct answer.
