  44. Correct. You would also on your new test check the box that says
  45. "Do you have any other application on file which has not been acted
  46. upon?" and provide the information there about that (including a copy
  47. of the CSCE). As I understand it, the FCC would wait to process your
  48. new application until the older one is processed.

  82. Well, almost correct.  The VEC has to hold the paperwork until they
  83. receive a photocopy of the person's license.  Explain the situation to
  84. the administering VE's, but it's likely they'll tell you to answer
  85. "No" to that question.  After all, by the time the FCC sees it, that
  86. will be the correct answer.
